The Waterfalls and Mountains
Iceland situated in the western part of Scandinavian Peninsula. Nearly 70% of Iceland is uninhabitable and covered by mountains, glaciers, moss and waterfalls.
Iceland famous's waterfalls are found throughout the country and not limited to a particular region or location. However, the most dramatic and famous waterfalls are largely found in South Iceland, approximately from Vik to Höfn. The most famous waterfalls include Seljalandfoss and Gullfoss
